why is Cotto so scared of Williams? if Cotto is supposedly the second best welterweight in the world, why is he scared to give Williams a shot? its not like Cotto is to much of a player in the Boxing world to where you need to EARN a shot at Cotto. Cotto is in no position to choose who he wants to fight. ALL THE TRUE BOXING FANS WANT TO SEE COTTO FACE HIS BIGGEST THREAT AND THATS WILLIAMS!
