Why wont Cotto Just Called Out Floyd....!!!

Couldn't bother to read 11 pages. I think it definitely favors Cotto to keep quiet. He keeps being tight-lipped about it, won't go like Margarito chasing Mayweather and keep being shafted. Instead, I think if Cotto keeps winning, Floyd will want Cotto because it'll DEFINITELY be a big fight (with a 0 in Cotto's resume and even more if Cotto fights in Las Vegas with Marg this summer). In addition, even if Floyd turns a blind eye to the whole affair, he will undoubtedly hear Cotto in every single interview for as long as they both remain undefeated, and I think that'll get under his skin. I just know it.

Cant be to 3 years older because that's to old. (Oscar) 3. Cant be to slow (Baldomir) 4. Cant be to fast (Judah) 5. Cant have a Slow Work Rate. Cant Let Floyd Dictate Pace (Corralles) 6. Cant have a weak chin ( Ndou) 7. Cant be One Dimensional slugger (Gatti) 8. Cant Over pressure , because Floyd would counter punch all day( Castillo) 9. Cant lack Power ( Chavez) 10. Cant let Floyd stay in the middle of the ring..! (Mitchell) Finally they come to the conclusion the fighter has To be a big fighter, around the same age or younger, a power puncher, not to slow, but not to fast, has a high work rate, a strong chin, multi dimensional, balance pressure, and pressure Floyd to the Ropes.. And That will be the fighter that Beats Floyd. So they look around and the closes thing they got is Cotto... He almost fix all the requirements, and he is undefeated...! yup, that's why Mosley and Judah who prob. have more power then Floyd couldn't drop him.. You know that the punches you don't see hurt you the most.And that's how he will stop him.

So what makes u think Floyd is holding out for Cotto to call him out, when he has already listed the reasons above for reasons why he is not interested in a fight with Cotto?
