There's no need to prove anything, different sports. Both MMA and boxing have talented athletes. Boxing might have the edge because it has been around longer and there's more money in it but MMA has its fair share of talented fighters as well.

Its not worth spending the time arguing about. Most MMA fighters have 0 technique and even if they do throw it out the window and just wail on each other. Not saying all boxers have great technique though.. LOL who is the time traveller in ur sig???????????

today i was ganged up on by some mma heads and i told 1 i wud send him videos to prove boxers dominance i need sum videos that in your opinion showcase the best of boxing ie speed defence power etc i got sum roy jones for dude a good tyson training vid sum ali and robinson vids green k for all those who help Its not worth spending the time arguing about.
