If someone ever gets randomly attacked and they are in a so-called street fight, how do they minimalise the height advantage of their opponent, if their opponent is a lot taller than them?
Also, could I please just have some random fighting tips and techniques etc.
It is just that I live in a rather dangerous area. I am very muscly but I am a novice when it comes to fighting.
Dunno, I went flat hunting with my gf, she was looking at a room there.
Fuck me, just a lot of people sitting in parked cars, and leering at my girlfriend. Muttering shit under their breaths. Pissed me off. With shitty neon shops selling bad chicken.
KFC lovers? haha

Height dont mean shit infact if anything u have the advantage in a street fight cause most of your punches will have to travel upwards and more often than not will connect around his chin area
also u can overpower someone who is taller than u if u get low and use your low centre over gravity and push up from your legs when u are grappling etc
It'd have to be life and death struggle though it wouldn't to actually punch a guy in the throat.
Maybe I'm soft.
Yeah a blow to the throat could be lethal, but a thumb pressed in the windpipe will gain you quick control of the situation without doing permanent damage.
do you reckon that's worse thann Peckham?
Only been there to watch gigs so it doesn't count. But Peckham I've been to at night like on the high street and that, it's not bad.
Hackney is a shithole. Proper.
Probably worse than Beckham but not as bad as Hackney.
Brixton man.

Though was in south west London at Uni on an estate. Not proper ghetto's or anything, lol.
Though I did stay on the biggest estate in europe apparently I think thats bullshit.

Either stay close to him or far from him. You never want to be in a spot where he can hit you and you can't get to him. Move in and move out. Of course if you get him on the ground his height is of little advantage. Finally, no matter how big someone is they are always vulnerable in certain spots like the eyes, throat, etc.
hey man, I started to write alot of "things" that I have learned over the course of my Military training. But i decided on just keeping it simple....
If you don't feel like getting down, or you know you just can't keep some one off you or whatever.....just carry a can of mace. The bigger they are, the more those eyes are gonna burn! Trust me dude, In the Army you get peppered, and I been in the CS (Crystal Saline) Gas Chamber 6 times, and brother, let me tell you, your eyes feel like they're on fire!
Here's blind Justice for ya...
If you beat someone to a pulp...even If they attacked you..you will be charged with Assault, or "Aggravated Assault" cause they will say you had to means to get away.
There isn't a State that will convict a person, if they used mace in self defense.
get in close, dont let him use his reach
or if you feel comfortable take him down to the ground and punch him
as fasr as random advice: dont hesitate, let the punches go
That's the best you can do really. If the guy is especially bigger then I say weapons are fair game as well.
I can only say I have never been randomly attacked ever.
I've had a few fights, but randomly attacked.
I don't live in a great part of London either.
If your randomly attacked what can you do?, you won't see it coming.
