Should Jermain Taylor Fight Kessler next?

I think Taylor and Kessler should eventually fight, but I think Taylor should get a win or two first.

Jermain needs to get some tuneups to get his head and confidence back together.

I wouldn't mind seeing that fight...but Winky & Jermain have unfinished business they need to take care of first...

This would be a great matchup. :boxing: I hope Taylor vs. Kessler happens! I agree. This is a great mathcup. But not for now. Taylor IMO needs to get a W first. Fight a top 10-20 SMW to establish himself in this new division before going after the big guns. Should this fight happen it has all the ingredients to be a superb technical experience.

I've heard rumblings of this fighting getting made, nothing on paper. But it's a possibility.Does anyone think this is a good idea for Jermain, after coming off back to back losses against a guy who fights alot like Kessler. Kelly is my favorite fighter, but even I'll admit that at this point, I think Kessler is a quicker, technically better version of Kelly. Why doesn't Jermain just fight someone like Bika or Green, get a solid win, then move on to the SMW bigwigs? Team Taylor IMO is smart enough not to put jermaine in a fight like this without building his confidence first.
