LOL? Sombody picked the china chinned Kahn to beat the hard hitting fast handed 10x more skilled than Kahn Gamboa? He's got blurring speed, great reflexes but I wouldn't say he's hard hitting. Khan is a lot bigger considering they fight only one weight class apart. I'd go with Khan as of now by a decision, late stoppage.

amir khan beat kindelan in the amateurs and he was much better than gamboa so im picking khan. Thats incorrect. Kindelan beat khan twice as an amateur. later on khan wanted to fight Kindelan a third time so kindelan came out of a 1year retirement and he was not the same fighter when they fought , if you saw the video you could see that kindelan didnt really cared if he won or not.

gamboa has to much talent for khan. khan doesnt do anythin in particular that well. his jab is not that good. he is quite open tbh. just all round he has to many flaws in his style

Amir is improving this is a tricky one. He has a great jab so shoudl be able to keep gamboa off

I'm excited about Gamboa, i think he is a great prospect and good to watch, but i'm not going to pick a 5'5 SFW to beat a 5'10 freakishly big lightweight like Khan. Maybe if he was shite, but Khan is not shite.

Even at this early stage of his career, I think Gamboa would win this by late TKO or wide decision.

I've haven't been so hyped about a prospect in a long time until Gamboa, and i don't want to be a bandwagon jumper, but this guy is going to be huge. His accuracy and workrate would demolish Kahn at this point in time. I like Kahn, but World beater he is not.

Damn there is some big hyping of Gamboa on these boards. Don't get me wrong he is the most talented prospect in the world at the moment IMO, but i'm not going to get too excited until he fights a real top level fighter. I know he has already tasted the canvas in his pro career so it will be interesting to see how he deals with the really hard punchers. For the record I think Khan beats Gamboa. Amir is a big lightweight and I see him using his height and reach advantage to box his way to a decision win.

Urm...Khans last opponent Gairy St Claire was 5'4,everytime he let his hands go he would have Khan in a shell,not to mention Khan looked scared to even think about trading with him and just outboxed him,Gairy cant even punch,if Khan fought a fighter like Gamboa,who is 5'5,MUCH more talented,FASTER,hits very hard and who has natural strength where he can hold his own and bully people,Khan would get beat up,especially against someone with the skillset of Gamboa,Khan went down against a feather fist Willie Limond,who is very limited,and doesnt mix his punches up,Gamboa punches from all directions and as soon as u know it he has gone,Gamboa by TKO,Khan is nowhere near as talented as Gamboa,nor has the fearless mindset of Gamboa I agree with Bishop
