How old does Sam Peter look?

Boxrec and other records list his age as 27. I interviewed Shannon Briggs this morning, here's what he had to say. "Back in the days, early 90s he was David Izon's sparring partner. How is that now he's 26 years old? Was he his sparring partner when he was fucking ten? He's been lying about his age. This man is 37-38, now they're trying to make him like a young champion. In the Maskaev fight, they looked like 2 grumpy old men. Look how old that man look. Black people age well, but this man is not no 28 years old. You show me his fake-ass birth certificate and I will show you a man who is 38 years old." Wikipedia explains Peter's early 90s boxing activity. "In 1992, some boxers came to Peter's school to train. The curious young 11-year-old stopped by and asked if he could train along with them. He was put up against an experienced amateur and knocked him out. This marked the beginning of a successful amateur career for Peter." I agree, Peter looks a little older than 27, but it could be the way he grew up or just him being so big. Sam looks like he could be Ouma's father to me lol Probably is. :banana: I grew up in east london (england) and went to school and played football with these Nigerian kids. They do physically develop waaaaaaaaaaaay faster and earlier than white kids, but theres no way that that kid scoring all the goals (complete with fully grown balls, dick the size of my leg and patchy facial hair) was 12! Im guessing big Sam Peter is around 32. Itl be interesting to see how long he fights, if hes really 27, a solid 10 more years wouldnt be beyond him (unless he gets killed by David Haye 'pow'). A retirement due to massive loss of physical ability, great loss of speed (although that one would be hard to notice) or blury eyes anywhere around 5 years from now would confirm it in my eyes that he is in fact around 32-35 now.

Some guys just look older for their age. However, if anyone in boxing would actually be older than everyone thinks, it would be Peter. He even has the stamina as an older man. He should be ashamed if he really is 27 years old. That or go get your butt in shape for these fights. lol

a lot of fighters have lied about their age, especially heavyweights. the names that immediately come to mind are liston, and jersey joe walcott. no one really knew how old they were, liston and walcott probably didnt know either. im sure the're a lot more boxers who shaved off a few years off their bith certificate. no one really knows why, probably to pass for younger men, make themselves seem more compettitve as boxing is a young man's game. with peter i dont know. it's not the 60s or 70s anymore, nowadays it's a lot harder to get away with something like a false age. everything gets cecked out thoroughly.

Then I laughed my ass off. sam peter will be exposed as the next danny almonte i'm sure all these statements are true. i'm sure peter have shaved a couple years off his age theres no way he'd be sparring with a full grown man when he was 11 years old, even if he was a really big 11 year old. i'd bet peter was really 16 years old at the time and he's really closer to 35
