WBC President Jose Sulaiman said today that the WBC would have no objections to a third fight between WBC super featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao and former champ Juan Manuel Marquez. Sulaiman stated that Marquez would be rated #1 in the 130lb division, but acknowledged that Pacman is in an optional defense period, freeing him to take a fight with WBC lightweight champ David Diaz. Sulaiman also criticized the "arbitrariness and arrogance of the Nevada Athletic Commission" for replacing a WBC judge (Dick Flaherty, who is friends with Pacquiao trainer Freddie Roach's mother) with WBO judge Tom Miller.

id like for both of them to move up and take one fight, win it in exciting or dominating fashion and then meet up again. the fight would only be bigger.

marquez should also move-up and fight a couple of fights then make the III happen @ 135lbs it would be even bigger
