Why would he be showing his weaknesses to the camera?? Really bad move on Alfonso Gomez part! He is only gonna be taken apart even quicker. Did you see the first episode? Alfonso would take the camera crew into the bathroom to capture footage of him taking a dump. This guy is a star! He doesn't care what they show. As long as they show it.

it's not a bad idea that he's building up the fight, but i'm not gonna buy into the fact that gomez has a good chance.. cotto's gonna beat him, easily

Seeing Gomez actually fighting ppl in real matches is much more useful in terms of seeing weaknesses in his game, and there's plenty of videos of him for that(and Cotto has said in the past he doesn't watch videos of his opponents anyway though he had seen Alfonso on the Contender). This really just hypes the fight more and gives the fans a little insight into his lifestyle/training. Yeah, still I wouldn't of shown me puking on camera and coughing. Too bad it wasn't longer.
