Warren only gives huge fights when he doesn't have any choice left, which is why Calzaghe's record isn't as good as it should be. His only interest is exploiting money from his fighters by pitting them against mediocre competition with deals he controls completely. When his fighters get so big that he doesn't have a choice (aka Calzaghe), he gives in, but not before. Warren was good for British boxing in the beginning, but in recent times he has been bleeding the best talent dry to make himself money.
