Does Juanma have a chance vs Marquez or Vazquez?

Not only has he beat but he has knocked out boxers with alot of experience. That being said, he will be a champion soon enough but that does not need to be rushed. Maybe 2 or 3 more fights... na he's ready but to fight ponce de leon we'll see his potential as champion and then if he beats ponce he'll be ready for any champion at 122.

well the champion is israel vazquez but the guy has taken so much punishment in his career that i won't even think him and juanma could get it on he seems he dosen't have much on him and he's 30.

Lopez is still too green. Fighting Ponce De Leon would be a good gauge as to where he stands in the division that would be his first statement in the division yeah good point.

Fair points guys, yes, we're talking about Juanma Lopez here. Reason I think he has a chance is because both guys get hit with right hands which is Juanma Lopez money punch, as far as experience, he has a lot of catching up, might play out like Vargas vs Tito.

I am guessing you are talking about Lopez. For the record you have to realize he isn't the only person named Junma. He is still on the up and up and these are the BEST of that division. I think its too early too. Styles make fights, and I think he matches up with Vazquez better than Marquez. Still, i think right now both of them are too much for him. Lopez looked good vs Oquendo but I think if Oquendo took a beter shot that would have been a very rough night Juanma. That right hook that KOd him didnt look that hard, but it hit him in a bad spot near the back/side of his head. Juanma needs a few more fights against better and better opposition. He has the skills to beat Ponce De Leon if he can deal with his strength and power. Hes in a tough division.
