NOW Thats how a champion fights a 12th round

Vasquez fought the whole fight unbelievably. I guess that's why they call him Magnifico. He never got discouraged despite Marquez picking up an early lead. He stuck to his gameplan and got in close to hammer Marquez on the inside. Then when Marquez's eye was shutting, he zeroed in on it with right hand bombs that made Marquez's head dart back with each blow. Was amazing to see the punishment both of these guys took. I think going the 12 rd distance was worse than a midfight stoppage from their first 2 bouts. yeah it was incredible Marquez got stunned in almost every round, was waiting all night for him to go down, then Vazquez went down..both guys are incredibly tough.

great last round vasquez wanted it more and let his hands go i think he was more worried about cuts

If the ref hadn't of jumped in in the the 12th, Izzy woulda finished him off, no question. Marquez was a punching bag in the 12th. It was brutal. Izzy needed those last two rounds to go the way they did though as it was a close fight. Izzy's eyes are fucked up, as usual.

good think the ref didn't stop it or else there would have been some contrevarsy. yeah but if he hadnt Vazquez would have kept connecting to Marquezs chin! damn this fight was unbelievable

Great 12th round from Vazquez, I don't know how Marquez survived that. I'll tell you, Marquez needs to thank the referee for the standing 8 count, because his ass was close to being KO'd, and I think the count saved him from getting a KO loss on his record, even if it caused him to lose the decision.

His eyes look like they have been hit with meat tenderizers, he finished it off like a CHAMP. You can tell he wanted that victory. Who the fuck owes me some points??
