To celebrate signing a new - and presumably lucrative - contract with sportswear giants Reebok, Amir Khan allowed the cameras to follow him round and capture his truly punishing training regime. The film showcases Khan's astonishing hand speed, agility and boxing skill, not to mention all manner of that fancy skipping that only boxers seem able to pull of without falling arse over tip. It is, in the words of the Reebok press release, the closest thing to actually being in the ring with the Bolton's finest, who himself regained his breath and said: "I'm proud to be part of this film - it's really cool and different and will hopefully make people think what it would be like to get in the ring with me."
