the only fighters that don't really use ther jab are the talented athletic fighters like floyd and zab because they can do it not everyone can and hatton doesn't have a third of their talent.hatton should be the one in the wwe instead of floyd I will repeat: Julio Cesar Chavez. Someday you will know that the textbook boxing you are taught during your 1st visits to a ring are only part of boxing, especially when you think of the pro game. Floyd Mayweather, Julio Cesar Chavez, and many others rarely do anything with the jab, and they are 100x more skilled than Gomez is. (Hatton is only 10x more skilled than Gomez).
