I personally can't stand them. I was a pretty big Robert "Ghost" Guerrero fan before he won his first title through blatant low blows. I can't really get behind Cotto and Holyfield for similar reasons. Do you guys care, or are you closer to the type that is OK with steroids in baseball as long as your favorite players hit home runs?
I liked watching Terry Norris fight, but damn, that guy really needed to control his aggression.
The canvas, the bell, the ref in the way, the back of someone's head, that couldn't stop him from hitting his opponent.
dont egt me wrong i dot have a problem with some roughness, but when you see guys like jc vasquez throwing 50 rabbit punhces a round and people let him get away with it because they arent big fouls is just too damn frustrating...
Rabbit punching should definitely be penalized more.
That's a very dangerous foul.

Well it's rules CAN be bended. If you can do it to a certain extent to get an advantage more power to you. I can agree about rabbit punches though, those can cause serious problems to a fighter.
they can be bended because the ref's are pussies........
actually its a boxing match......and it has rules....

A lot of low blows often involve a lot of theatrics from the victims. Headbutting and elbows though are very damaging and under penalized. And personally I don't have a problem with steroids and HGH. I just assume everyone is using them anyways.
It's a fight man. I don't condone blatant cheating like lowblows and such that is just uncalled for. However a good old punch to the hip while the ref isn't looking, maybe an elbow or two, and even the good old shoulder push right into a left hook can all work. You can bend the rules to your benefit, and manipulating that aspect is an art in itself.

it depends to what extent.
I expect most fighters to bend the rules.
but there's a point where it's just too much.
Fights such as Gainer-Norwood, Pedroza-Laporte, Golota-Pouha....those guys shouldve been DQd

i cant fucking stand them......i dont hold it against guys wo do it sparingly or accidentally, like cotto, castillo, pavlik.....though they do irk me a little when the foul.....
but i detest those guys who base their style on fouling:
hopkins
hatton
ruiz
they should erase their careers from the record books...

I'd have to say yes as I've always been a B-Hop fan..Like they say, if you ain't cheatin' you ain't tryin'.
