Im a fan of Hopkins and have been for a long time, but I think he needs to quit giving interview's for awhile. Everything that's comming out of his mouth keeps getting dumber. It is the biggest mistake in boxing to fight for too long, I hope he doesn't fall into the trap yeah, even a guy like Joe Calzaghe who has had at best three geniunely hard fights out of over 40 says he is out after one more fight after Hopkins. Hatton reckons he has 3 more fights and he is only 28. Mayweather has beasted pretty much everyone but he'll probably have 2 more fights maximum. It's the way to do it. Pavlik must be coining it now so he can relax about securing his future with meaningless dangerous bouts. Pavlik is the kind of guy that you can see taking a beating and not getting stopped because he is so tough, obviously that is dangerous.

I don't think Pavlik will fight for 10 more years, he has said in the past he wants to make a good shorter career cause he knows what happens when you box a long time it takes a toll on your brain and body...That's why Mancini quit early and I believe Pavlik wants to do the same... Bernard has the "ordasity" to criticize someone else's manner of speech? That being said Pavlik speaks a tad bit slowly but I don't know if that's how he has always spoken or if it is due to him getting hit. I guess that is something we will have to watch. audacity....just trying to help
