I get no attitude at all from Loew. As someone said, hes a hard working, blue collar guy who's been a fan of the sport for years. If he seems cocky it's just that he's confident in his ability as a trainer having made it to the big time with hard work, and his fighter Kelly's having done the same. Pavlik and Loew were never handed anything, they busted their asses to get where they are. i think he just resents the "hollywood" nature of other trainers and fighters. i dont think hes smug or arrogant, hes no-nonsense and straighforward, someone asks him a question he gives a direct answer whether its PC or not. compare him to Buddy Mcgirt, who wheres shades in the corner That was pretty funny, lol. I never got the impression at all that he was smug or arrogant. I've seen that comment several times, never got that impression at all.
