Mgm Grand Help

I'm thinking about going to the Taylor/Pavlik fight but the only tickets I can afford are the $200 ones which are up on the upper level. Can someone tell me how the view is from there? Is it good or should I watch it at home and save my money? thanks I've been to the MGM Grand a few times, but never in the upper level. They don't look like they are bad seats though, at least compared to some other places I've seen fights at (like Staples Center for example). Don't stay at that hotel though. It is enormous and it is really easy to get lost in there.
