gee strange that mayweathers hit percentage in compubox is the highest, guess those guys scoring are also mayweather fans. lol ive seen mayweather get punched by 23 PUNCHES(maybe more because i only counted the clear cut punches) IN A ROUND and compubox said he only got hit with 9.......

I'm rewatching Whitaker-Chavez right now... I do remember the fight being a hell of a lot closer than most people make it out to be. Right now I have watched the first 6 rounds, and I have to tell you... I think Chavez won 4 of them. 1, 2, 4 and 6. I do remember Pernell comes on pretty damn strong in the later rounds, but even if Chavez doesn't win another round, it would end up 116-112 on my card. Now, I'm not the best judge in the world, or probably even in the upper half, but I can tell you that it means something when I see a brawler/swarmer win a round from a counterpunching slickster, because I usually see a slickster avoiding most of the incoming damage and returning some of his own, yet I still have Chavez winning 4 rounds. But seriously... people act like this fight was a 12 round to 0 assbeating by Whitaker, and truth is, it wasn't. He clearly won. He clearly got screwed. It clearly was not even close to the worst robbery. Because people don't know much boxing history or haven't seen enough fights. it was a bad decision in a mega fight, but far closer than some other robberies. if you want to see a real bad robbery by the judges that blows chavez-pea out the water, watch escalera-everett. if you want to see a robbery from the referee that blows chavez-whitaker out the water, watch coggi-gonzalez 1. how many times did coggi really lose in that fight? 1? 2? 3? i lost count.

robberies about the biggest 4 robberies of all time have been in fights involving sven ottke. you can pick on fights such has hatton collazo where hatton definately lost although there is a case for him winning and the judges gave it to him for being the aggressor but the ottke clearly lost on several occasions and yet retained his belt 10 times or there abouts.

Remember how badly Oscar was beating Whitaker? A few months back someone posted a gif of Whitaker slipping a few punches, of course without throwing any back, and said look at Whitaker "owning" Oscar. Round 9 = (Chavez) Both landed good punches, Chavez done well to comeback after losing the last 2 rounds on my scorecard but he looks tired. Rond 10 = (Whitkker) Chavez just leading his head and eating too many jabs from PW..... SIDENOTE: Commentator noted that Whitkker might not get out alive if he gets a decision in Chavez's Hometown.

Round 7 = (Whitkker)seem to be landing at will with little head movement from Chavez. Round 8 = (Whitkker) Definitely PW's round Chavez is just hitting too many combo to the head, Chavez seem tired, Not moving his head while PW seem to be in the mood to take him out but he lacks the power.

Round 6U] Cagey round so far, a Big low-blow by Whitkker on chavez, Chavez's round he land more punches and was hit with a low-blow. So Far Chavez has won round 1,5 and 6....While Whitkker has won round 2,3 and 4...Half way stage.
