One of the judges who declared the bout a draw scored the first round 7 to 10. This was an error, since with three knockdowns the round had to be scored 6 to 10.. Doesn't this mean that in actuality Pacquiao won the first fight. I realize the record books will never show this but shouldn't boxing fans view the decision this way?
Done. Good luck trying to get the first KO over JMM in his 52 fight career. :)
he he he, there's always a first time. i was a 17, coz i'm a late bloomer lol.
who wants to bet 10K with me? i got Pac by KO/TKO only. if JMM survives and doesn't get KOed/TKOed (or if jmm wins lol), you win.
I'll take that action. PM me if you're still interested.
Idiot.
I hate it when American dudes can't have a little common sense.
Facts.
He only had a left-hand.
He bruised his foot.
He broke his hand.
JMM got cut and bloodied all night
JMM ran away from the rematch.
And I hate it more when some idiots (like yourself) claim Gayweather as the p4p king much less an ATG when he's a pussy and a duck.
More like pound for pussy pound.
Watching Fake FLoyd is more idiotic than hilarious.
Runs like a coward, elbows like a punk, has no dignity, has no sense and word of honor and has little courage.
SO comparing Fake Floyd and the Great Pac. It's not even close.
Muhammad Ali compared himself to Pac.
A pussy-bitch can compare himself to Gayweather anytime dude.
How did Floyd come into this whole conversation? Seriously how?
You say Pacman only had a left hand...now he has what a fucking left hand and yes his right hand has improved but for what throwing jabs, hes not a tactician, he doesnt have all the punches like say the person hes fighting Juan Manuel Marquez,
Your other excuses are he had a bruised foot and a broken hand which is news to me, but if its true that is no excuse, it comes with the territory
and the rest of your post was pathetic, bitching and crying about floyd who had nothing to do with this post, seriously if your gonna debate something with me do it in a rational and smart way dont come here with your panties in a bunch and go against anything i say because im a floyd fan....and who the fuck says i think floyd is the p4p king and an all time great...where did you get that info from?

Ill do 1k with you as i am already commited to 11k with someone else?:boxing:
I hate when people say "a green pac, when he was a one handed fighter with no footwork" as opposed to the new version of Pacman? WTF, you all are acting like Pac is the new Willie Pep or something, hes still cant box, his footwork along with his boxing skills are still lacking, watching a pac man fight is hilarious becasue everytim they go to his corner all Freddie Roach says is "give me a double jab"
i had it for pac by a close decision maybe a point or two. most of the rounds were hard to score. you have marquez landing more but most of them were jabs while pacquiao, in some of the rounds, outlanded him with power punches so i gave the close rounds to pacquiao. let's just wait for the rematch. i have it 50/50.
First... Bert Clements is a fucking idiot for not knowing what he can and can't do in his job as a judge. Fucking moron.
It's like the Lewis-Holyfield I incident, when Larry O'Connell went back to England said he fucked up... Lewis should have won. Pacquiao should have won, but some quota-filling retard was put into the judging pool. That is unfortunate.
Honestly, I felt Marquez should have won the fight, but I am not a good judge... so I can accept a draw, or a win for either fighter. Even if Pacquiao deserved the win, that fight did leave a lot of questions for him... like, how do you lose enough rounds to make a draw appropriate after a 10-6 round (or even 10-7 on one card).
This rematch is going to be good, because it will get this question out of the way for Pacquiao's career (or Marquez's for that matter, if he wins).
Some judges, so called experts, and fans go for the skills, some for the punchers. The last 2x i watched the fight, i have it 6-6. On JMM's 6 rounds, his counter punching skills won him. On Pac's rounds, even though he was countered, Pac was throwing and landed more punches than JMM.
Here and other forums, nuthuggers will say Pac won but haters said JMM won. Lederman had it for Pac, 115-110. Merchant has it for Pac on a close decision. If that judge said he made a mistake, then he should have score it 10-6. If he did not think he made a mistake, then he should have said that according to rules, he did not have to score that round a 10-6.
Right and from what I understand he said he made a mistake. My guess is that that judge intended on tallying his card to a Draw. He made an error with the 7-10. Had he realized it what he was doing and that it would be criticized he would have made it 6-10 and given JMM another round later in the fight and still scored it a draw.
this is what i'm saying, according to what the jduges said, with correction to the error, pacquiao wins..the great disparity between the scores however shows how ridiculous the judges and teh system is
