Tito knocking sweat pea Whitaker around

do you guys think Tito is maybe a top 10 all time welterweight? I'm inclined to say that he is but my knowledge of the great welterweights pre 80's is limited.
I def think Tito is at least top 10, if not top 5 welter of all time. He ruled the division for most of the 90's and took out everyone. Usually very impressively.
:lol1:
But seriously, A lot of good names. All I say is please dont say Whitaker is all time top 5 welter.

1. Trinidad

3. Cotto
4. Mosley
5. De La Hoya

I would put Robinson as number 1.
Not sure about the old-timers like Joe Walcott, Jack Britton and Mickey Walker.
Hearns and Leonard should be rated up there.
Armstrong was a great p4p fighter and he did very well as a welterweight.
Jose Napoles, Kid Gavilan, Carmen Basilio and Emile Griffith were good welterweights too.
Pernell Whitaker was very good at welterweight but probably not top 5.
