Irish Ropes would be foolish to waste either of their golden boys. Both men need to keep their undefeated status as long as possbile. Also, I hope Stewart isn't rushing Lee too much. I know he has an extensive amateur career but he still needs to be careful. I agree he seems to have the tools to be great, but earlier Steward was talking about a fight with Pavlik by the end of the year. So Steward seems pretty high on him and probably sees stuff in training and the way he fights that makes him think that after some more fights this year he will be ready.

No way irish ropes lets duddy fight lee. He is as protected as Calzaghe. His first dangerous fight will be a title fight. they don't even want andy lee on the same card as duddy Your right I doubt that fight happens anytime soon or if ever. Wasn't Andy on the same card as Duddy when Duddy fought Bosante. I think it was the card where Andy had a great KO against Daniels.

Lee is definitely the better fighter and seems to have a good shot at being a future champion. Duddy is a fighter that is fun to watch with his style and all, but I don't think he has what it takes to become champ and beat the elite fighters in the division.
