from flippin those big ass tractor tires??
I mean who else trains like that?? Why else would you hit a big ass tractor tire with a sledge hammer?? lol
Thats some crazy shit....I'm a Taylor fan to the heart but Pavlik is one bad ass dude!
For those who dont know what im talkin about just take a look at the Taylor-Pavlik countdown
no that's not where he gets his power
they say power like that is either something you have or something you dont have no matter what training you do.
hmmmm...ive always wondered about that
but who is "they"?
it seems there are many theories but no one knows for sure
He looked cooler with hair, he lets it grow back on he may be an even bigger star.
Sounds freaky but it'strue
he was going bald, probably couldnt grow too much of it back these days
as for the tractor tire flipping, it builds explosive leg strength, which ultimately will lead to more power if you are able to get your legs under you and punch from the ground up.
I train like that, Wladimir Klitschko trains like that, most of the soviet boxing school trains like that. Need anymore?
This is a classic way to train for physical strength.
nah i dont need anymore cuz like i implied its rare that boxers train like that
the fact that its "classic" leads me to believe that only a minority still train like that....i think a lot more should implement it into their training program
it has to do wonders for stamina too
i mean that shit is just crazy....
most boxers dont do that...maybe everyone should take heed and give it a try....i especially think taylor should work on his strength cuz he seems a lot less stronger than he did before

thats actually normal mma training for strength.
