I'd like to know what people think will or won't change. Here are my predictions......
If Pacquaio loses there is no way he fights Hatton.
If he wins there is no way he doesn't fight Hatton. Both get PAID.
If Pac loses I think this forces Hatton to fight Paulie, becase there is no one else for him to fight and get PAID, at or below 140.
If Pac loses and Hatton fights Malignaggi. Hatton will have to win by KO in order to get the victory. He can not win by a decision. Because this fight will be to set the winner up to face ODH. ODH and HBO will prefer Malignaggi to Hatton becaus eof hattons KO loss to Mayweather and Paulie's defeat of hatton and his UD loss to Cotto.
Who agrees and who disagrees?
jr welterweight tourny sounds great, juan diaz vs pac man sounds fantastic
that does but diaz would just be way too big for pac man. pac would get slaughtered. but I do think JMM wins the next fight.
I just wish that Hatton would fight Witter. The Hitman vs the Hitter
come to think of it, a jr welter tournament would be good right now.
hatton, witter, mailignaggi, castillo, hopkins and torres.
Guzman starts to run only when he's ahead on points and that's what happened in his fight against barrios and soto but obseved how he banged against them in the earlier rounds. If marquez gets the better of the exchanges in the early rounds, guzman won't have reason to run into a win and will be forced to bang until the last rounds. I understand what you mean because as a counterpuncher, JMM will be waiting and how would he do that if joan is running away lol.
Yeah, I think his power is above average but nothing phenomenal. I thought his SD over Barrios was questionable at best. I'm just not a Guzman fan.
Now, valero / Guzman or Valero / Barrios would be entertaining. It would be very interesting to see how Valero does when he steps up to the BIG TIME!
i'm not so sure I care for guzman. I think he ran too much for me in his last fight. That is what I like about Pac and Marquez, no running brother. Stand there and FIGHT!
Valero could be a good one too, but he is still unproven. I want to see what he does when he steps up in competition, just like youir boy Donaire. Hoemy, out it on Darchinyan's ass bro...Guzman starts to run only when he's ahead on points and that's what happened in his fight against barrios and soto but obseved how he banged against them in the earlier rounds. Marquez maybe 34 but he's still young in terms of wear and tear. I think he still got the skill to stay on top even if he loses against pac. JMM versus Valero is intriguing and JMM versus guzman is salivating man. Pac better stay away from hatton if he doesn't want to get inflicted by parkinson's like shaky roach lol.

If marquez loses I think he retires. I think this fight with Pac is all he has remaining. If Marquez does lose I can't think of a fight or fighter I'd like to see him in. The stakes are BIG and it is all or nothing.
And if he does lose, a Pac fight with Hatton sounds GOOD to me and would seem all but certain....Marquez maybe 34 but he's still young in terms of wear and tear. I don't think its a matter of if but when.
I think a rematch follows shortly after with Pacquiao.
Then it's on to Guzman.
Then possibly retirement for Marquez.
Marquez/casamayor would be a great fight to. Casamayor is probably too big for Marquesz though? I'll attempt to decide who I think will be the winner after I see both their next fights....

If Pac loses I think he will go to LW and face the competition there.
I agree and think the move to LW is all but certain. Casamayor/Pacquaio would be a great match up.
well i menat if pacquiao loses, he all know he is coming back,
he is not done, and it also depends the way he loses too,
if he loses in style i don't think a loss is going to affect him,
all he has to do is fight a competitive fight, then move on,
face diaz,katsidis,guzman,casamayor,torres,witter,
there are a lot of good fights out there for pacquiao, even pacquiao vs valero
Hatton could fight a couple of cab drivers in Manchester in his next 2 fights & still make big money - he's just that popular over there & the fans would be happy just to see him back home.
Maybe fight a title holder in his third, Paulie or who-ever, & still be big over there.
Realistically don't see Pacquiao fighting Hatton or ODH no matter what happens - think it's all just talk.
If Pacquaio loses to Marquez, imagine him blaming weight, the stars, bad preperation, or whatever, & moving up to fight David Diaz after a warmup at Lightweight.
If it's close maybe a rematch down the line, but not straight away - don't see Pacquiao risking two losses in a row - he's too much a celebrity these days.
i agree with you except hatton fights for the glory not the money. and he needs glory after his ko loss, not just for the fans but for himself. I think he is looking for a CHALLENGE and I don't see a better match up AND PAY DAY than either PAC or Paulie.
it's been known for sometime that Pac is having a very hard time making weight and rumors are he moves up after this fight regardless.
And I agree again, I do think Pac loses to marquez which would make a possible fight with diaz or hatton next to impossibel, and I can already hear the excuses as why and how he lost. we'll see.....
