I don't think so, it was just a special on demolishing buildings. Lots of graphics, lots of dramatic editing and voiceover and literally zero content. Most absurd thing I ever saw. The sports science ones are pretty good though.

It's a problem with a lot of Discovery Channel presentations. I sat with my father in law and watched something about demolitions. It was basically three minutes about what's coming up next followed by commercials, repeat for one hour.
