Paulie's jaw wasn't in danger of falling off. Abraham's jaw was a gruesome sight. If somebody gave him a mirror in b/w round he would've quit instantly. I watched the Miranda vs. Abraham fight live on german TV and I thought is corner or the doctors should've stopped the fight. It really shouldnt be up to the boxer. In retrospect however, that fight will make millions for AA. He is assured megabucks coming to the US to fight Pavlik. He wouldn't have been so well-known if not for that grotesquely swollen face and the fact that he won the fight despite the injury.

I which AA would just come over to the States, I hate the fact that he just defends his belt in Germany/Europe, He is a very good fighter who does the little thing well, I DO think he would be Pavlik also but he needs to leave germany to do that something his promoter arent too quick to do has of now.

A Sturm vs. Abraham would be a great 'elimination' bout with the winner to face Pavlik. But what are the chances of seeing Sturm vs. Abraham? no chance, only because their promoters don`t want to know who is the best middleweight in Germany/Europe, they only want the c.r.e.a.m.!

I`ve watched Abrahams fights over the last years and i`m quiete disapointed of him cause i think he didnt really improved his technical skills and counts too much on his (amazing) punching power he droped his defense quiete early in his last fights. So I think it would be a hell of af fight against pavlik and kelly would win it on the scorecards as long he didnt get hit with the kings hammer. But before that i would like to see Abraham stuff Felix Sturms big mouth so that we had 4 belts to get in that Abraham/Taylor fight! Abraham is the heaviest hitter at middleweight. And he has a good double guard defense. A fight against Pavlik would be 50:50 War Abraham!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i really dont see Abraham beating Pavlik at all. Abraham is not a mover and does not have great defence and that wont be good against a fighter like Pavlik. i see Pavlik backing him up and landing his big right hand at will. i dont think Abraham hits harder than Miranda or Taylor so obviously Pavlik will be able to take his shots all night. this is just a bad styles match up for Abraham. i see an 11th round (at the most) knockout for Pavlik. Abraham stands 5 ft 10 and some change, while Kelly stands well over 6ft tall with long arms! I can't see how Abraham could win! Kelly uses his physical advantages better than any fighter in the world!
