Is it just me or did it seem like "Money" had far more pop on his punches than he had at his last few Welterweight fights? Even his jab looked very strong last night. Has he finally carried his power to his current weight class?
lol yeh turnbuckle must of hurt and his head was spinnnin to he didnt even see the hook from floydI just watched Hatton collide with the turnbuckle again and you know it was a much harder collision than I remember. His head beat the shit out of that turnbuckle!LMAO!!!
The turnbuckle looks to be very padded though, and he didn't hit it nearly as hard as Tua did(lol).
or when Barrera slamed that chump Hamed's face into it one of the best boxing moments of all time
He has good power and Hatton is not the hardest guy to hit, one of those punches were bound to hurt him. Hatton running straight into the punch was a big factor as well. I wonder if the turnbuckle could've made it worse. The turnbuckle looks to be very padded though, and he didn't hit it nearly as hard as Tua did(lol).

After Hatton got hit by the hook, his head was spinning and he didn't know where he was, he knew he was gonna go down, and he expected to, he didn't even see the turnbuckle and he hit it full force.
nah, he jsut had to fight more...which is why i hated how he fought baldomir, hes always had good pop in is punches...
good fight though i was glad to see hatton ko'ed, haha
and floyd did great....i was happy for him too...You also have to remember he fought Baldomir with everlast gloves and broke his hand. I'll never forger his pink Breast Cancer Awareness gloves, a very thoughtful and humanitarian gesture but a bad move for his brittle hands.

No he just decided to sit more on his punches and show that he could punch. It was always there he just chose a strategy in which it would be more relevant to victory.

It also helps when Ricky runs full tilt in to his punch.
well mayweather was alot bigger then hatton and hatton is easy to hurt but i think when hatton hit his head on the corner that might have contributed to dazing him.
