Anger does not prevent you from bleeding.
Anger does not prevent you from cutting.
Anger does not prevent you from swelling.
Anger does distort one's ability to process objectively and intelligently. Intelligence is important when fighting, regardless of whether the style is technically based or pressure. That is not an advantage because you are to prone to make mistakes when you are so enraged, you take leave of your senses.
He'll be a danger alright.
To himself.
Anger and adrenaline will cause Ricky's cuts to pump blood from his face even more than normal.
Fuckin hell, I've never seen Ricky like this before the fight. He was staring Floyd down as seriously as he does in the ring on the night. Hatton's the real deal here and you'd have to be crazy not to think so. He's got something of Duran in his eyes, he looks extremely dangerous.
Yes. It's a pity he is facing someone who is as close to Sugar Rays skills that I've seen LOL.
Ajax huh. I work at the power plant in Pickering pretty often.
What I seen was that Mayweather's antics have not gotten to Ricky AT ALL. Ricky looks focused and confident and I think Mayweather knows that all his pre-fight crap will not affect Ricky's performance. He's not one up on Ricky coming into this fight, and he looked a little dissappointed or unconfident during and after the staredown.
yeah boy that was funny. i thought Hatton was trying to show he is tough too hard. If he wanted to show his strength, all he had to do is stand his ground and not allow Floyd too push him, not try and bumrush Floyd off the stage, lol. I thought the push and hold up said alot too, hatton didn't put his hands up like get off me or slap Floyd's hand or nothig like that. And he did slash his throat on da side liek a sucka, lol. that was funny!
I don't buy into, watch, or care about prefight hype/bullshit, because thats all it is. But just for the record, we all remember Ricky saying Floyd would never get to him, and he was going to remain the same as always, laughing it off. Now, look at him. He fell away from that gameplan months ago, started talking trash, and now is even making throat slitting gestures.
Like I said, prefight bullshit, no bearing either way on what happens...but just for the record...
Indeed you did. You have led your people with an iron fist of dignity!!!!
Don't worry, Floyd will........
WE SHALL SEE BEAUTY, WE SHALL SEE.
lol, i have worked too hard. All thats left to say is "may the best man win"

All correct, but one thing anger does do is give you the strength to endure all that and still attack all out.
He may cut, swell, and bleed, but as long as he continues to pound mayweather he is still in the fight. It should be obvious at this point that Hatton CANNOT outbox Mayweather.
He has to make it a war, and i believe that is exactly what he is getting ready to do!
He is!!!!! AND, Mayweather is ready. Go read his interview he had in the "Mayweather: I'm Not a Villain" thread. Floyd wants Hatton to do this. It's not good, Easton. For Hatton.
I agree, you feel less. However, if he bleeds too much, cuts too much, swells too much the fight will be stopped. :werd:
