to the guy who said he only needs to win 7 rounds ...in a fight you need to win every single round ... ricky has impressed me on the 24/7 show but thats what it is supposed to do anyway right ???? but being that Oscar is much bigger than Floyd and stronger and he couldnt pressure him and in the end ended up wasting a lot of energy ... sorry but aint no way ricky can win this fight...

It will take more than smothering/ constant pressure to beat Floyd! Every fighter has employed the same strategy & it has failed. In order for Hatton to pull off the upset he has got to take Floyd out his COMFORT ZONE... Every fight i've seen Hatton in he has gassed out, so he has to pick & choose his shots. He has considerable hand/foot speed, & even though he has shorter arm reach he should keep a safe distance to jump in & out, sidestepping, feinting & giving different angles. Ricky doesn't have the best defence & his skin is paper thin, so darting in staying in floyd's face all night might be a good way to get carved up via Sinclair's accuate punching! Either way it goes i'm not counting out Ricky Hatton but pressure alone is not going to win this fight! Ricky better dig into his bag-o-tricks to make it happen and he's had 43 fights to learn a few!

Hatton will press floyd very well making him pick his shots if any...Floyd won't throw unless he's able to get clean ones in... Makes it look like he has more control than he does. (I.E. watch his later fights after his first championship fights)* It takes more engery missing punches.hatton will miss alot and throw alot.... Hattons stamina is key to pulling off an upset.. EXTREME KEY. if hatton can take the first 4 rounds by pressure and landing a few body shots Mayweather will go into half/offenseive mode and the fight should get interesting then. But the note is the same for all of mayweathers fights below. NOTE: once hatton slows down for even a second any time during the fight.. the fight is over by way of decision.

hatton has got stamina to burn but with that said he has stated on more than one occasion is that where ppl go wrong with floyd is throwing too many punches , ricky says hes gonna work in singles but remain in hes chest , i can go forward quicker than he can backwords to qoute
