you haters coneniently forget that Cintron was hurt from ROUND 1, whatever y'all talking about built up from round 1 and since y'all already hate him y'all don't consider maybe after that 7+ punch combo to put Feliciano out that his hand may have had a delayed reaction.. how fucking stupid are you people? why would Kermit Cintron try to make himself out to look like some pussy ass fighter after his 1ST 10th round KO, c'mon yo even you sad fucks should have more brains that that, if not then I guess haterade beats the shit out of Alchohol and much like Cocaine I don't fuck with haterade..
I think if he was more open and honest and didn't try to make a show of it as an excuse people would be more forgiving of his antics in the ring.

I am a Cintron Fan, still agree with you. Unless he hurted his hand/wrist in the first round and then fracture a bone in the 10th round final outburst, he is not ready to face Paul Williams, and I have my reserves agaisnt Margarito. Cintron looked like MIERDA. I EXPECT REAL EVIDENCE ON THIS "PAINFUL INJURY".
It's just a bruise. Cintron had it examined after the fight and nothing was broken or fractured. Him crying out in pain on the floor after the fight really did not endear him to any future fans unfortunately.
I orignally thought it fractured something in his hand/wrist and once the fight was over and all the hype his body felt was over the pain set in.
to find he had a bruised knuckle seems like he played it out a bit.
i've dislocated fingers and bruised my knuckle before etc. etc. and i never rolled on the floor in pain.
yeah it hurts like hell but not to that extent...its not a body shot or a low blow...its a bruised knuckle.
these fighters have overcome far worse pain than a bruised knuckle and dont act the way he did.
im not hating on cintron...i think he's a decent fighter...maybe a tad one dimensional...but has the potential to be a good fighter.
i think he just played it out to explain his performance...i thought he was making a huge error by staying on the inside with feliciano...being on the outside would strongly favor the longer armed cintron. its not even as if cintron attempted to keep feliciano at bay...he seemed very content with staying flat footed on the inside and slugging it out which obviously didnt play to his advantage until the very end.
as far as williams/cintron goes i say williams by decision.

Which site??? So far, I had no find news about the issue. A friend told me it was one of the bones on his right wrist. In case you are wondering, the wrist is made of 8-10 little bones.

Sad display there from Kermit Cintron.
A hurt right hand has nothing to do with those ugly left hooks.
He should have claimed a cold or the flu or some shit..
have you guys ever busted your hand and then had to continue fighting. The pain will wear on you. The point is that he didn't quit, he stuck in there and got the victory. So what if he cried, and was distraught from the pain. We all feel pain differently, some take it better than others. I could imagine everyone talking shit if he lost, or he quit on his stool. Instead he rallied and finished the fight the way a champ is supposed to.
You think you got what it takes, punch a brick wall as hard as you possibly can. I mean all out force and then go hit a heavy bag, let me know how long it takes for you to quit after you bruise a knuckle. It takes a rare man to continue fighting when you have searing pain climbing up your arm every time you throw a punch. Thats what makes all the afore mentioned champions great and its what makes Cintron great aswell. Just from the display of pain is an indication of how serious the injury affected him.
The definition of a champion is his willingness to overcome adversity and to conquer his opponent. Cintron did these things in the fight, he continued to fight even though his hand was hurting, and he rallied to KO his opponent when it looked like he might lose.
Every fight is different and I'm sure we'll see a different Cintron for the Williams fight. Williams throws a volume of punches but lets see if they are enough to keep Cintron off of him. I honestly can't wait for this fight to take place. I think the winners stock will sky rocket and hopefully Floyd will give the winner a shot at the title.
The only hurt is his pride and his reputation. At least when Clottey was making an excuse and wanting to quit against Margarito with his bruised knuckle he didn't make a big show of it after the fight ended.
