I took kick-boxing for about 4months and learned about basic jabs and punches.
So i got a 100 pound heavy bag in my room and the problem is when i practice i get tired really fast. How can i train or do somthing to not get tired so i can go faster and more power without getting super tired. Ill do anything you guys have to offer to last longer.
Thank you
Sorry For The Double Post But I Have Not Done Kick Boxing Like I Used To In About A Year So Does Anyone Know Any Good Training Videos I Can Watch Online Somehow? Youtube maybe? Im A Little Rusty And Need Some Refreshing
Thanks guys a lot i would try doing more cardio like running and swimming and sprints along with training with rest i just needed to make sure
How long until i see a little improvement?
How many hours a day?
How Many Days A Week?
Because I Weight Lift At The Gym 5 Days A Week Not Heavy Weight Like Arnold lol Just Little Muscle Growth And Def But I Need To Start Training So Thats Why I Ask The Questions Here First
Sprints and burnouts, try sprinting 25 yards then resting for thirty seconds and sprint back. Do this about ten times, rest for a full minute then repeat. Then on the bag get someone to time you, work in sets of two minutes doing ten seconds punching as fast as you can (straight lefts and rights) and ten seconds resting (with your hands up). When you get good you can reduce the rest time, and also mic up these rounds with just rounds circling and hitting the bag however you want.
If you find that you can sprint and rest 25 seconds you can increase the challenge by doing ten or twenty pushups at the end of each sprint.
There are a number of good resources on the web. www.rosstraining.com is my favourite.

Do basic exercises to build stamina & endurance. Running, swimming, bike riding, Skipping etc.
It aint rocket science.
sounds like you got ricky hatton syndrome. no cure for that. just hold on to the bag for the last 6 rounds.
It must be so shit being you.
If i woke up one day and acted the way you act I would kill myself at the first oppertunity.
I wish you would do the same.
