I think Oscar gave a pretty good fight against Mayweather. He won it.

I reckon floyd will do it its a easy fight but he gets alot of money of course thats why he picked it i guess i dont see what mayweather can gain except media and money.

i think cotto-mayweather would be the biggest fight in boxing that could possibly be made. this fight on dec 8th isnt gonna be THAT big of a spectacle. no offense to anyone personally, but almost eveyone in the boxing world who has any immportance or influence to the sport is picking a mayweather win, as are most people. mayweather-hatton isnt a mega-fight like cotto-mayweather would be. cotto poses a legitimate threat to mayweather, and has a MUCH MUCH better chance of beating floyd than hatton does. this is the fight that MUST be made, and i think will be made... You're already looking past December 8. If Hatton wins, the sport will have found itself changed. Mayweather will have been deposed and exposed and it will be Hatton that will get the big fight. Hopefully it will be Cotto...that's a head on train wreck of a fight. Probably an instant classic. Obviously, if Floyd beats Hatton...Cotto should be his next opponent, but Floyd has already negated that idea. We many never see that fight even if Floyd gets by Hatton. More cherry picking dodgeball by the self proclaimed "greatest of all time." THIS is why a Hatton victory over Floyd is the most desired outcome for the sport of boxing. The fact that the majority of analysts and sports writers are picking Floyd to win is irrelevant to what everybody knows would be most beneficial to the sport.

What would be really funny: Mayweather gets served, absolutely humiliated for 11 and a half rounds before finally being put to sleep, hard. Hatton celebrates and pulls on one of his trademark comedy t-shirts, only this time reading "Theres only one Vicky Fatton" (in response to a Mayweather jibe) Mayweather by this point has woken up and doesnt know where he is. Hes still so half unconscious he honestly believes hes won. He starts taking the piss out of Hatton telling him he was always going to lose cos hes just a fat man. Then Hatton laughs at him and leaves the ring to start his post fight interviews. Mayweather then proceeds to dance around the ring shouting "VICTORY DANCE, OH YEAH! WHO DA MAN!" Then he calls out Cotto, who happens to be sat ringside. Cotto steps into the ring, removes the microphone from his hand and tells him hes an embarrassment. Mayweather flies into a fit of rage and punches Cotto, squarely on the button with all his strength. Cotto just laughs in his face and walks away, leaving the fool on his knees in the centre of an empty ring, crying for his mum, who is so ashamed of him she has already packed up and left. Never gonna happen, but if it did, I'd probably be some sort of legend for predicting it. that must be some good shit ur smoking, pass some this way....

In order for the Boxing World to be shocked on Dec 8th 2007, MayWeather must beat the living shit out of Hatton and during his post-fight interview... HE MUST CALL COTTO OUT. OTHERWISE, IT WILL BE THE SAME OLD SHIT FROM FLOYD. He will probably retire or start his campaign to unify the WW Division by calling the Cintron-Williams winner. Everyone seems to forget one small fact when it comes to discussions like this. Mayweather has retired once. Do you really think he will risk his legacy against Cotto when he can always just retire again? All he has to do is reel off some BS like "I can feel myself starting to slide and I want to retire undefeated at the top" and the idiot nuthuggers will love him forever. Another Mayweather victory is possibly the worst thing that could happen to boxing. At least if Hatton wins we know he will face any man no matter who it is. I wish de la hoya stopped fighting. he needs to prove himself with someone else before he figth hatton, even if hatton loses. The best fight match up for fans and the sport is cotto vs mayweather.
