In all of boxing, if you could really know the truth on something, what would it be?
Mine would be
1. Did Sonny Liston really tank it in Lewiston?
2. What really happened in Duran vs Leonard 2?
3. Was Sonny Liston murdered?
YES, that would be my number 1, and a thorough investigation of GBP
And speaking of Sonny Liston, some light may be shed in...
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1131747/
Other questions (besides already mentioned)...off top...
1. How the fan man ended up in the middle of Bowe/Holyfield II
2. Whatever happened to Tim Austin
3. Why the court did not allow certain witnesses to testify against Tyson's rape accuser
4. What happened to Wladimir in Klitschko/Brewster I5. Which/How Many fights were fought under the influence of drugs by certain fighters
6. Was Sam Langford really one the greatest heavyweights ever
7. Which boxers are in the closet
8. Which fighters were paid off to lose
9. What is the point of "Super" Champions
10. Why does the gov't keep shutting down a national boxing commission???
He got Knock the fuck out.

It's true if you dig a little deep.. there were some shady things going on in around that fight...
makes ya wonder for sure..
I also wanna know what really happened the night of Tyson's rape of desiree washington.
Tyson may be a lot of things, but that entire case seemed fishy to me.
yep plus footage for U tube, I'd like to see the great man in action
I would say a young Cleveland Williams hit harder than Ali, absolutely. Watch it again, Liston starts to get up, then Ali rushes at him, so he lays back down, Ali never does go to a neutral corner, but when he moves far enough away, Liston gets up and the ref (Walcott) is about to let them keep fighting, when the timekeeper lets the ref know that Liston had been down 10 sec.

at what like 4:14 he gets up and falls back on his back
that has nothing to do with fearing getting hit again
that also is the one that makes me think it was a dive
it wasnt the anchor punch or the fact he was knocked down. it was a good punch. but that looked really fake him getting up and throwing himself on his back

Did Tyson really punch a hole through the wall right next to Spinks on the other side the night they fought? How many fights were affected by Tito Trinidad's illegal handwrappings?
I would like to know what was in that "other" bottle in the Pryor/Aguello fight.
I remember hearing that Mitch used to spar with Larry back in the day, and he mentioned it in an interview a short time before he fought Tyson. I think Renaldo Snipes may have been there.Tony posted on another site, saying that
was the reason they never let him and Larry work out on media days.
Dynamite,
You're right about that. When Holmes fought Renaldo Snipes in Pittsburgh, I was at his training sessions and got photos with Holmes, Snipes, "Blood" Green, Bernardo Mercado (always liked him) and Grady Daniels.
I was talking to Green, who was very flattered that someone would want to spend time BSing with him when those other guys were around. He was so cool to talk with. Until I asked him "how does it feel to be Larry Holmes' sparring partner?" I said it innocently. He went off! "Man, whut you sayin'! I ain't no MF sparring partner for NOBODY!" He got that off his chest and then kept talking with me like nothing had ever happened. I got the impression that all his wires weren't wired just right...
Anyway, back to the story. I didn't see Tubbs there during that week I was there, but I spoke with Green several more times and he claimed to "own" Holmes and promised he would be the next champ. When I saw them spar, they basically were fighting at long range, trying to "power jab" each other.
Holmes won but it was some serious stuff when they sparred.
Don King said that he had to stop Mitch Green and David Bey from sparring each other because it became "too competitive." I can see Mitch Green wanting to show up anyone he spars with. Look at what he did at 0400 in Harlem! How can anyone not like that guy!
