After watching it again: 1. Cotto 2. Mosley (close round) 3. Mosley 4. Cotto 5. Cotto 6. Cotto 7. Cotto (close round) 8. Cotto 9. Mosley (close round) 10. Mosley 11. Cotto 12. Mosley 115-113 Cotto Very good,tough,close fight. Have no problem with anyone scoring the fight a draw. A scorecard that has Mosley winning 7 rounds to 5 is also a valid one, but it would be one where the person scoring the fight gave all the close rounds to Mosley (which probably means he was biased).

I scored it 115-115 even, with two even rounds. One of those was the 12th.

I think my judgement is too easily influenced by the words of the commentators most of the time. :( I had Cotto winning the fight by a couple of points. He was pulling away in the middle rounds, but then Mosely's late revival tightened it up. I don't think Mosely done enough to take the title away from Cotto.

I had the fight 115-113 Cotto. Mosley hugging Cotto in rounds 4-5-6-7 only showed he was full of shit when he said he was going to brawl. Cotto "rested" during round 9th. The last 3 rounds were pretty much pathetic. Puertorricans are not used to see their stars fighters doing an Oscar de la Hoya when winning a fight. That's why Daniel Santos and Ruiz never became a star like Wilfredo Gomez, Tito Trinidad and Cotto. We expect our starts to fight for 12 rounds. It was disappointing to see Cotto with a "hit and run" style instead of his constant agressiveness. Then again, I believe Mosley punched Cotto hard enough during the 8th round in order to consider the idea of cooling off at the end. :omfg: No matter what, even though I rather had seen Cotto KO Mosley, Cotto outboxed Mosley and show everyone he is a force to be reckon with. People seem to give Mosley the rounds because of the clinches. Mosley would land some inside body shots. That's why people would give him the round. COtto landed the cleaner punches, but I guess people don't see that. In the 10th round. Mosley would land 1 good right hand which is on the back of the head, which all of a sudden leads Cotto back to the ropes. Crowd goes crazy because Cotto was forced to lean on the ropes. Mosley then would land 2 good uppercuts. Cotto would then land some body shots and then that nice left hand in southpaw posisition.
