theres but not yet. He won a veteran still he got couple of things to do to consider an elite in my view. But he is in between abit above average A fighter he many good contenders.

Tonight he proved he can win against an elite opponent, and not just by KO but also by points. Hes no overrated slugger like some thought. Only guy who would beat him is propably Mayweather. I would pick Cotto to beat Paul Williams, Ricky Hatton.... Not IMO, it will take a Heavy Puncher to beat em, i dont see Floyd danceing away all night - Cotto cuts the ring off to well for that andcan be SO Relentless! :boxing:
