bwahahaha, lookin back now how ridiculous. Floyd and Nas were supposed to be on a collision course for a super fight that was supposed to be a pick em fight. Also alot of people thought Spadafora was able to beat Floyd, the sparring tape hyped them up even more. It seemed like Spadafora was close to getting his chance when he went Virginia tech on his girl. ( I never thought Spaddy would win and thought he was borin and overated)
Now Floyd is the best p4p, and they both were facing prison time and gained about 40 pounds each and havent fought in years. Seeing what FLoyd has done in his career its safe to say that niether guy had any chance.
There wasnt that much talk of Hamed facing Floyd. Hamed was getting sloppier witn every fight and was also getting put down too much for anyone to seriously consider him moving up in weight.
Plus all the talk was around him facing Barrera or Morales.
true hamed just got more and more lax, well before the barrera fight he had completly abandoned his skills and just went for the big KO
BIG MISTAKE!!

:lol1: Wow. Probably a bit too soon, but whatever.
I have a boxing magazine from back then with a four page story discussing it. Going over their stengths, weaknesses, and who would win. Plus IF Nas had beaten Barrera what do you think was next?
erik morales, or maybe johnny tapia.
