Imagine that Chavez had Ricky Hattons power and body attack. I also want you to consider that if Chaves can close range and bang like that against floyd at his best weight, what can hatton do now that Mayweather is much older and nowhere near as fast at 147 as he was at 130.
Imagine Maywather finding the ropes and letting Hatton wing like that for a moment.
Here is the proof of what is coming.

Oh you just had to defend your fellow nuthugger right? :grouphug:
what??
Run doesnt even like Floyd we argue about him all the time.
Your one dumb motherfucker.
Bad answer, because I most definitely know how to score a friggin fight. But the best part of your answer was the second one.
They booed because Floyd continued with the running even when Oscar was gassed at the end of the fight! That's why they booed. They were booing during the last few rounds.
C'mon....let's talk boxing reality here. If Floyd did that with an old gassed out Oscar, what is he going to do with a young ferocious Hatton? Please don't tell me he is NOT going to run. We all know he is. Now, how are the public and the judges going to respond to this??? I'm leading you by the hand to the key to this fight and why Hatton has a reasonable chance to win it.
In this fight, the aggressor will be rewarded. Understand? Can you see why people picking Hatton have a solid basis to make this pick?
If you thought Mayweather v DLH was close, then you dont know how to score a fight.
That arena was PACKED with DLH fans screaming wildly when DLH pinned Floyd agasint the ropes and landed 1 punch in a flurry of 12. Its bullshit
I wonder whats going to happen to you on december 8th. Once FLoyd proves you wrong again will you break into tears, leave the board in shame or commit suicide?
a)Just because there are other people who are stupid and dont know how to score a fight doesnt mean your not stupid.
b)Because the arena was packed with Oscar's fans.
He is the most popular fighter in the US, if not the world.

No. I'm not the only one in the world that thought Oscar was close. But the booing was interesting wasn't it? Why did they want Oscar to win? That's a thought provoking question. Please, enlighten me.

People booed because they wanted Oscar to win.
I cant believe I have to spell this out for you.
Its kinda sad.

Good question.
What you won't hear around here is hatton moved up and took a championship fight on three weeks notice!
Hows that for ya. Three weeks to fight a champion in a higher weight class. I think we can cut the guy a break!
As to the fight? Hatton took alot of punishment and kept comming the whole fight. Never backed up once. watch the fight before you use it as a benchmark.
Hatton will have more than enough time to make weight properly for this bout. Lets see how he does with proper training and diet and proper time frame!
It's a big flaw in logic to use that fight as a benchmark to hattons ability at 147!
I was at that fight you retard.
Hatton had over 6 weeks to perpare for that fight.
And how is it a flaw in logic to use Hattons ONLY FIGHT at 147 as a benchmark of how he will do at 147???!?!
I feel like I am explaining basic boxing principles to first graders, this is insanity.
Wow, Floyd beating the crap out of Chavez really tells us a lot about how Hatton will WIN..
But Collazo exposing Hatton's propensity to be outboxed means nothing...
Well obviously he didn't outbox Hatton, because Hatton won the fight! Collazo was no push over that night. It was a good fight. So what?
And, to dismiss Castillo as washed up is a dangerous assumption to make. Castillo never laid down to anybody. He quit because of a broken rib. It's real stretch to say Castillo's rib was "washed up." Fact is, it broke because of Hatton's power to the body. Simple as that.
You can be outboxed and still win a fight, it happens all the time.
Collazo is not a world class fighter and FLoyd is.
Castillo was fucking DONE dude. To deny that is pure insanity.
He couldnt even take Herman Njoudou for christ sakes.
I thought it WAS close. I guess you missed all the booing over the decision. IMO had Oscar not abandoned the jab, he would have won that fight.

No, I dont think Floyd has the speed he had at 130, but I do think he has more one punch power (wobbled Oscar twice, no small feat) and can still throw 1 or 2 punches just as fast as he could in his prime.
Castillo was a great fighter, and was in his prime fighting Floyd, Hatton demolished a washed up version of Castillo, and everyono knows it.
Theres a reason Floyd is the favorite in this fight, he has great speed, footwork, defense and chin.
I think I need to ask you how you think Hatton can hang with Floyd when he had serious problems with Collazo, who has very little power (27 fights, 13 ko) and outboxed and even hurt Hatton.
Floyd has better technique, defense, speed and a longer reach than Collazo.

You know, I'm willing to agree that Oscar was Floyd's most impressive win. Not because the fight was impressive, it was fairly mediocre actually, but because he beat the name De La Hoya. But, Oscar wasn't the Oscar of old, IMO. And, Oscar was very close to winning that fight anyway.
a) Oscar looked very good that night.
b) that fight was not close.
Because it was at 154, where Oscar has shown to have skill, speed and power.
Also, Floyd was fighting Oscar at 24 pounds above his original weight and was outweighed by 15 pounds on fight night by a guy who just knocked Ricardo Mayorga(granite chin) the fuck out.
Also, If Oscar was to face Hatton now, Oscar would be the prohibitive favorite. (just for some perspective)

the point is simple e.
How then has floyds power, stamina, chin, reflexes improved with the weight gains.
If they haven't improved since chavez, if they have declined which is far more likely and i think evident in his recent preformances, how then will he fare better agains Hatton than he did against Castillo or Chavez?
He beat them both in his prime. Barely beat castillo and had a rough night with Chavez till he quit.
How can u think that 130lb Mayweather is the same as the 147lb version?
Once you answer those question, one cannot find a logical reason as to why Floyd should have an easy time with Hatton, or even be able to compete!
Unless ofcourse, you believe floyd is the exact same fighter he was at 130?

Styles make fights e.
Mayorga stood and fought with DLH.
Mayweather used every inch of that oversized ring and then some. It is not an accomplishment to say" i didn't get knocked out" thats called surviving.
Exactly, Oscar was slower at 160 as well.
