Would Mayweather have won the congressional seat in congress in the Philipines?

Hypothetically speaking of couse. Let's examine the myths and facts a bit.... MYTH 1.) Floyd Mayweather Jr is not popular in the Philipines. FACT 1.) In a recent poll here on boxingscene 43% of filipino voters said that Mayweather had a larger fan base than Pacquiao in the Philipines. Granted that Mayweather was not the clear winner of the poll, but Manny didn't do so spectactular either. MYTH 2.) Filipinos do not admire or vote for fighters who aren't warriors or Filipino themselves. FACT 2.) If this were true Mayweather would not have a statue of himself in downtown General Santos City. Nor would he have been deemed an honorary Filipino for his amazing skills and valiant bravery by the President of the Philippines. As a matter of fact, did you know that in the Presidential Oath for the Philippines, Mayweather is mentioned directly? The proof is in the pudding..... I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully and conscientiously fulfill my duties as President of the Philippines, preserve and defend its Constitution, execute its laws, do justice to every man, and consecrate myself to the service of the Nation. So help me Floyd. So I pose the question..... Would Floyd Mayweather Jr have won a bid for Congress in the Philippines if he decided to run?
