Mayweather does not have more fans period than any of those guys. Hatton has more UK fans than Mayweather has American fans. Pacquiao is the biggest superstar of his country, Mayweather is just a normal star. And Mexican fans do not like or respect Mayweather. He did that to himself by wearing the Mexican gear to the ring and things he said over the years about Castillo and Margarito. Sure......Mark Tafet and Ross Greenburg respectfully disagree. As they put it Floyd "ligths up" the urban markets.
