Seriously, Mayweather has 1 inch on him and 4lbs. Pacquiao is all about staying in the lower weight divisions, then balooning up to almost Welterweight size before he has to fight somebody. He's completely content to avoid the Welterweight division (a division he could easily make) altogether. I can't say I blame him either, I'd rather stay below Welterweight and fight a bunch of retiring legends and overhyped prospects until I retire too. It beats having to step in the ring with serious threats and risk the dreams of an entire Nation. Floyd fought around that weight in the amateurs I have heard. he was also big at 106, time to move up to 135, but after a rematch with JMM. win or lose (hes losing) Ridiculous.
