I TOLD EVERYONE HOW PAVLIK WOULD BEAT TAYLOR AND IN WHAT ROUND IT WOULD HAPPEN. TAYLOR IS NOT A GOOD PRO FIGHTER. HE DOSENT LISTEN. HE KEEPS HIS HANDS DOWN TO MUCH IM SHOCKED NO ONE HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THAT UP UNTIL THIS POINT. HIS LAST 5 OR SO FIGHTS WERE SUSPECT. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EVERY FIGHT IN YOUR CARRER IS HAND PICKED AND ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU GET BERNARD HOPKINS AFTER 20 FIGHTS IN A TITLE FIGHT AND YOU GET A BULLSHIT UD OVER ONE OF THE GREATEST MIDDLE WEIGHTS OF ALL TIME . ITS SAD. THEN YOU BARLEY WHEN YOUR NEXT 5 OR SO FIGHTS :nana: :nana:
Taylor was under-rated if anything, people are/were always bashing on him. I think Taylor did really well in this fight and has a good shot at beating Pavlik in a rematch at 168.
Taylor's mind going into the rematch will say alot about the outcome. Moset people that lose their first fight don't realize it until a few days later. They realize all the training, all the hard work, all the sweat and the tears, they were all wasted. The people that believe in them, were all disappointed. The doubters were all proven right, it feels like the world around you is crumbling. That's what I think though I have never lost so I wouldn't know.
The Taylor-Pavlik contract says both fighters must immediately rematch at 168 lbs. Taylor will not kill himself making weight, which will help him sustain some energy past the 2nd round, unlike this first fight. Trouble is this, Taylor will now be even more mentally soft than he already is, by loosing this first fight in such an ugly manner. He's now damaged goods.
