Steve Collins. 'The Celtic Warrior' was the dogs bollox! Took out Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank, deserves credit just for that. He came out of retirement to fight Roy Jone JR, but injury fucked up his chances which is a shame, that would have been a fight worth seeing.
