It wouldnt be an upset for people in the UK because we know how good hatton is ive been to most of his fights and he is on the same level as floyd without doubt. It would be an upset to most people in the US as about 70% think floyd is unbeatable. ive noticed alot of people from the US supporting hatton which is cool.

In any case I think I'm pretty fair when it comes to assessing Floyd's ability. I know that not everyone is, but I'm more fair in assessing Floyd than you are in assessing Hatton. In my personal experience, its not even worth arguing with Dios, squealpiggy. He'll either misquote you, or call you a name like a "sissy" or "limey" when he knows he's beat. Then he'll try to wager bets, or resort to "facts" about past mayweather fights, and try to drown you in his boxing knowledge. What's fair is fair. If we will use Baldomir & Delahoya as examples of how PBF fights, then it is time-appropriate to use Collazo and Urango for Hatton. Right? If we use the Tackie/Oliveira model for Hatton ('03/'04), then we must use the Corley/NDou model as examples of how PBF fights. What is your preference? BTW, Hatton threw 63/round for Urango and 62/round for Collazo. You may want to cut back on those Exaggeration Tabs. Unless you are over 170 lbs and have a 6 feet + talle frame you shouldn't be talking like that unless you just started watching boxing and are judging floyd based on his baldomir-delahoya performances. Ricky Hatton hugs and clinches 20 times per round...and I'm not exaggerating one bit. He also throws twice as many punches per round as Mayweather on average. Incidentally it's unfair to keep posting the same clip of a late round against Urango to illustrate Hatton fighting. Why not show some footage of him fighting Ben Tackie or Ray Oliviera and count how many times he clinches?

Pac would have to blow up to at least 140 imo to even consider a bout with Floyd, in which case he'd lose in embarrassing fashion. Pac was weighing 140 at fight night against morales in their third fight so no he could be in great shape at 140.

Mayweather throws about 20-25 punches around. Only Willie Pep can win fights doing something like that.

It would be an upset, be let's be serious, it wouldn't be Tyson-Douglas material. It wouldn't even be one of the bigger upsets in sports this year. Wouldn't Kessler beating Calzaghe be a bigger upset? Kessler Calzaghe is quite a bit closer than Hatton Mayweather. Hatton winning would be an upset although I wouldnt be that surprised. Mayeathers style has changed enough for him to be beaten by someone like Hatton.

I disagree as to both of those statement. Pacquiao is not "one dimensional" IMO. Mayweather has explained in interviews what he means by "one dimensional." He considers that to be a boxer that comes straight forward. Pacquiao gives you all angles. Athletically, that kid is amazing. This would be a great match-up if the weight was right. Paquao's maing attribute is his punching power. Anything above super-feather and he can't crack an egg. Just look at Diego corrales who was one of the hardest punchers at super-feather/lightweight. His power was completely gone at 147 even though he was a tall fighter. He was competitive vs Clottey but lacked power in that fight. Castillo at 140 in his 2 fights at 140 had no power at all. Paquao might carry his speed to the upper divisions but without any defensive skills and any real boxing fundementals he can't compete with any decent 140/147 fighter. Floyd has also lost his punching power but his boxing skills carried him, even at 154 where he has not business beinga at.

I don't see Pacquiao going up just to meed Mayweather. If Mayweather wants him, he will have to lose alot of weight. IMO I doubt Mayweather wants him.
