Easier to be noticed abroad?

I'm thinking about studying abroad, possibly Germany. It it easier for potential to be noticed and examined in-depth there? Do they take more notice of dudes with natural good builds (6'4+, etc..)? It depends on what kind of fighter you are... obviously Americans like knockout machines. I've heard Euros enjoy slick boxers and master technicians. Winky Wright proves that point pretty well, considering he was discovered in Europe.

there are a couple of british boxers who have been over there after feeling unrecognised in Britain, then returned with much higher profiles.
