it seems the consensus is hatton is better than cotto..why is floyd gettin flack??

It would be much easier (for Mayweather) to out box Cotto and counter punch him than it is Ricky. Ricky is like a busy bee and he's sort of awkward (in his own way). Floyd would have to throw more punches against Hatton than he would have to against Cotto, but I agree that Cotto would probably give Ricky hell.

i would give cotto the advantage over hatton as well but just because of his size and strength his size would give hatton problems because he wouldnt be able to easily smother cotto but as far as their careers are concerned alot of people think ricky has accomplished more and is a better fighter overall then cotto ricky is the main man at 140 and cotto is one of the champions on the verge of superstar status if thats the case and floyd is fighting ricky over cotto, why is floyd getting shitted on for fighting the better opposition? I dont think there's many people complaining about the Floyd Hatton matchup except delusional Mosely fans. He's gonna get stopped by Cotto.
