Hopkins
MAB
Pac
PBF
And for the idiots saying RJJ please understand he fought Hopkins who was still not in his prime. He fought Weight Drained James Toney this isn't a accomplishment. Then he got beat down by 2 people that Hopkins easily defeated.
STFU hater.
Jones fought more champions than ANY of the fighters you mentioned.
Marco Antonio Barrera was the first name to pop into my head. Holyfield also is a very good call, especially if he becomes a five time champion.
Notice the lack of mention for undefeated fighters? Just proves that being undefeated does not make you any more great than coming back from defeats and winning again.
There are a lot of active fighters today who will leave behind an amazing legacy....Some that spring to mind are.....
Evander Holyfield
Bernard Hopkins
Marco Antonio Barrera
Joe Calzaghe
Oscar De La Hoya
Roy Jones Jr.
Those are the main ones springing up right now. I can't say which one has the best legacy but Hopkins, Jones, and Holyfield are all right up there.
Holyfield is a good answer since he is still active. Other guys like Jones, Hopkins, De La Hoya, Toney, Barrera, Morales, and Pac deserve mentioning. I guess you have to throw in Tito since he just came back as well. And of course the pretty boy himself, Floyd Mayweather Jr.
ARE YOU SERIOUS BRO.................................................:boxing:
yeah i made a thread about it the other day, he said so in a tv show here in Mexico....
wow!!! do you know if the rematch will happen this year? or is morales planning on taking the rest of the year off and then fighting diaz next year??
he said he wants it soon, but he does want some time to heal his hand and elbow, i guess early next year...
Morales isnt retiring, he wants a rematch with Diaz, because we all know he got robbed...and i agree with your post

if best legacy means having fought all the best there is and winning most or had put up a good fight in losing, then it could be mab and hopkins. i could say pac too because he fought the greats in his weight class, but pac's career aint far from over and still has to do business w/ upcomers guzman, valero, soto.
bernard hopkins.
as for a fighter who has fought everybody in there divisions, regardless of winning or losing, i would say barrera. i was going to say morales too, but he just recently retired.
