If Barrera wins against paquiao, will he be for you the greatest mexican fighter ?

I don't know much about the history of Mexican boxing, but I do know that Barrera doesn't compare to someone like Ricardo Lopez, who ran the game on the minimumweight division for years and years. Retired 51-0 after being unified champion at 105, and won a title at 108 before retiring.

yes Jcc chin is great, but i don'ty know if he was more skilled than MAB People honestly underestimate JCC skills, his accuracy was incredible. He never wasted punches

not head and shoulder above the rest, but yes I think he would be on the same level as JC or chavo. He is now past his prime by any standards and if he beats Pacman that's a monumental achievement IMO.

I would say no because chavez skill iwse is better and definitly has a much better chin. I don't think I ever saw Chavez hurt, like with wobbly legs and glassy eyes. Even when he was knocked down by Randall, it was more of a off balance knock down. He got up right away and continued to fight. Against DLH he was given a beaten but never really hurt in the fight. Chavez chin is legendary and that alone would put him above Barerra.

I don't know about the greatest but for MAB to beat PAC at this age on his career,it can be argued he his one of the best!

Well its a big if, but that would make him 4-3 against future Hall of Famers if he did win (If you consider Hamed and JMM future HOF's). What makes MAB great imo, is his ability to adjust to fighters and come back after defeat. If he were able to come back and beat Pacquiao after getting beat down like that, he'd have to be considered one of the best fighters ever, regardless of race. Like I said though, BIG if...

But man...Barrera has one HELL of a career if you look at it, even though there are some bumps on the road. but Chavez and Sanchez...well, they had fairly unbelievable careers too. Barrera is up there though! If he beats Pacquaio, he gets my vote for comeback king though, damn! It seems rather amazing to me that people were questioning what he had left before the 1st Erik Morales fight....dear god..! same view but if he beat Pac x2 as well as JMM and Guzman then he is GOAT

its kinda interesting because you could compare barerra vs pacquaio 2 to jcc vs dlh 2 its late in their careers and i could agree with it making barerRA the greatest because thats him doin something the great jcc himself couldnt do and beat a great young fighter in their prime after already losing badly the first time True , but JJC was way past his prime I think.De la hoya had his number. one of the greatest he is, lmao its funny most analysts in mexico dont like him, and erik morales is always ahead of him in most all time rankings here. skill wise, i think JCC was the best, but his resume isnt that good, Salvador had a great resume and fantastic skills so he is up there with the reatest too... Erik Morales has one hell of a resume and should be 2-1 vs barrera...and believe me when i saw the barrera morales fights, i was more of a barrera fan than morales... i just saw morales's career again 3 days ago and he was fucking great, at 122 he's gotta be in the top 3 at least... barrera is skill wise one of the best but his resume isnt that good basically since leaving 122 his resume is morales and hamed...
