By the general public Clottey might be under-rated but most guys here and hardcore fans rate him pretty high, top 5-6 WW. However I think the most under-rated WW is Carlos Quintana who I believe would give any WW and has good boxing skills and respectable power. People just remember Quintana's loss to Cotto but dont often recall his total annihilation of another good WW, Joel Julio.

how can people say he has no power?? because he didnt ko margarito?? he didnt stop pakau?? he stopped mitchell in less time then floyd, and stopped matthysse regardless of how. he has power, he just doesnt sit on all of his punches due to his high volume. im not saying that its a bad thing i like the way he fights he has no real power behind his punches. hes a nice fighter
