Im bein a homer but cmon, we need Paulie Malignaggi at least mentioned and on the list I was gonna mention Paulies' as being faster than anyone on the list...Wlads' is the strongest, with Kessler/Calzaghe there also....Of course, Ali is retired long, but that name would most surely be there along with Holms.

Clearly, it's been nobody he's had to face.. I would take any of the good Heavyweights from the last 50 years. Not the level of crapola he's been in with. My point has been that it's pretty frikin easy to jab the shit out of the level of competition that WK has competed with.. To be realistic; we don't know how truly good it is. his jab is clearly a great weapon. its quick,,,,strong and accurate and sets up his wrecking ball right hand and he can hook off it,,,plus he throws a lot of them per round. clearly the best jab in the game today and even cocky lennox lewis acknowledges it as a "great jab"

Also, the quality of opposition Wright has succesfully used his jab against - is light years ahead of anything WK has even flirted with. I'd like to see Klitschko use that jab against someone quick enough to actually avoid it more than once or twice a night.. You mean, like Chris Bryd?

Lennex Lewis had a great jab very difficult to get passed like a ram rod lewis had a great right hand but his jab wasnt that good. he tended to paw with it a lot

wlad has the most powerful, but oscar has the best. however, oscar hasnt been using his jab as often as he used to.

Winky doesn't usually have the sometimes 10+ inch advantage in height and reach that WK has over his opponents. Wright can own guys bigger, stronger, and faster than him with his jab. Looking at this from a pure jab standpoint, Ike and it's not even close. That's always been his best punch and it's like a power shot with snap on it. I love Klitschko's jab; it's like a 'battering ram' in that it stings and softens up his opponents. Plus, it sets up his right hand..

Marvin Hagler probably had the best at least one of the best jabs/straight rights at midddleweight all time.

Taylor's could be good when he uses it, I havn't seen him do so though since fighting the likes of Eduard so I dont rate it that high.

Wlad's. He can beat you with his jab alone, just hitting you with it round after round after round if he wants to. The Steelhammer jab, I think it's better than Lewis's who's jab was slower and used more as range finder much of the time, he also had a tendency to leave out there lazy at times and paid for it on a few occasions. It's devastating how he can hook off of it as well.
