Question for the Floydboys.

i personally like the idea of the hatton fight most , i think its a nicer fight all around , floyd is the best pound for pound , and hes gonna be picky and make a pay day so i think taking hatton is gonna be a payday hell take probably more so that oscar doesnt , but it does give time to have a top class WW fight to shed light on the most viable option and payday for the next fight after that , i like floyd , i wont defend him to the grave like some people might , just overall in buisness practice and entertainment value , hatton then another welter champ is money in the bank

Honestly, Mayweather isn't retiring. If he REALLY was, he wouldn't leave any speculation out there and would have dropped ALL his titles welterweight title, included. So, lets get that straight. Second of all, if he fights Hatton, and Hatton doesn't move up, he should get money in that fight, and starting with the following fight start defending his title, or give it u, and quit wasting his and everyone elses time. I'm not the type to give a shit about alphabet titles, I'm just saying. No reason for him to pay sanctioning fees for titles he doesn't plan on defending to the right kind of opponents.

Since when is a Mosley fight bigger than Hatton? I'm not big on Hatton but his fans travel and ANY venue will be sold out for that fight. No way the Mosley fight makes bigger money. Stop making shit up because you don't like Floyd. If he was going after Shane all the noise on here would be about him ducking Hatton. He's the best right now just get over it. I cant stand floyd, but criticisms of who he did or didnt fight arent very strong or poignant. Better to focus on these issues: #1 he laughably claims to be the greatest of all time without any attempt to solidify his claim as such #2 he claims to come to fight but in reality refuses to throw for no apparent reason as he is on the cusp of victory and is given gift decisions lauding his lack of effort and aggression that would never have been given 20-30 years ago. #3 him and his fans have unbelievably filthy mouths. lol at that, willie pep, nicolino locche, young benitez... if anything boxing has become more of a show NOW
